Comedian, Speaker, Actor, Strategist
A new yet ballsy comedian, Simmone believes comedy a powerful way to spark transformation, as people tend to let their guard down when they are laughing. In her first year of comedy, she was a Top 3 Finalist (and only female finalist in North America) for the “Next Best Comic” Award. Simmone recently acted as co-MC and comedian for the 34th Annual Miss Asian Global and Miss Asian America Beauty Pageant at the Herbst Theater in San Francisco. In a few short years, Simmone has performed on the same stage as Jerry Seinfeld and Jim Gaffigan at Gotham Comedy Club in Manhattan, Ahmed Ahmed at Yuk Yuk’s in Toronto, headlined the iconic Cobb’s Comedy Club in San Francisco, and performed in festivals across the world, such as the Bangkok Comedy Fringe Festival. In 2019, Simmone crossed “do stand up in another language” off the bucket list, performing an entire set in Spanish as an invited guest for Stand Up Costa Rica (despite never having taken a single Spanish lesson)! Infiltrating laughter into all that she does, she hopes to change the world one joke at a time.
Why? Simmone believes strongly that life is too short for mediocrity.
